The Project Rise Adult Learning Center, Inc. is a Literacy program that began as a pilot with traditional onsite classes serving students in New Rochelle, New York. Now, as a recognized charitable organization, classes are planned online. English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), Adult Basic Education (ABE), High School Equivalency (HSE), and Elective classes such as Computer Skills and Conversational English classes are planned.
