Test Administrator Certification
Noemi Ross attended the New York Region 4 BEST-Plus 2.0 Initial training session on July 9, 2016. Her certification is valid for 3 years. The session was presented by CAL Trainer Nancy Fernandez and supporting trainer Patrick Cravillion by the Regional Adult Education Network and was held at 269 West 35th Street in New York City, NY.

is authorized to use the full suite of BEST-Plus applications:
- BEST-Plus 2.0 Test Administration Program
- BEST-Plus 2.0 Score Management Software
- Test Transfer Program
and to administer the BEST-Plus 2.0 computer-adaptive version and the semi-adaptive print version assessments for Project Rise ALC and for any other NYSED funded program.
