Expect the Best
I recently came across a quote that caught my attention and wanted to share it. I am always amazed at how limited people can be in the way they think and this often leads to a “Just do what I say” behavior. What if more were possible?
“By encouraging employees to be creative, you’re launching a powerful in-house think tank that can help your company achieve its goals” (Edward Lowe Foundation, 2017).
I really like that quote, but would punch it up a little bit. Here is my version:
“By encouraging employees to be creative, you’re launching a powerful in-house think tank that will propel your company to be its very best” Noemi Ross.
Can you believe the best of the people that work with you? Are you willing to risk a few mistakes and help them grow forward?
