PROJECT RISE ALC
The Project Rise Adult Learning Center is a Literacy program that began with traditional onsite classes serving students in New Rochelle, New York. Now, classes are offered online. English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes are available. Adult Basic Education (ABE), High School Equivalency (HSE), and Elective classes such as Computer Skills and Conversational English are planned.
