The Mission of Project Rise is to promote Literacy and General education by providing Resources, Assistance, Support, and Mentorship to those in need in the State of New York.

Our core values are what literacy is all about and what we plan to deliver;
- Classes that will teach reading, writing, listening, speaking, critical thinking, and office skills.
- Classes where students will learn across all content areas
- Classes that will communicate learning in multiple forms
- Classes that will teach our students to transfer their learning to new situations and context
